Gen.G Esports liittyy CS:GO-skeneen Pohjois-Amerikkalaisella kokoonpanolla.

Gen.G osti kokoonpanonsa kolme ensimmäistä pelaajaa Cloud9:sta. Timothy ”autimatic” Ta, Damian ”daps” Steele, sekä Kenneth ”koosta” Suen siirtyivät 6. joulukuuta Gen.G organisaation alaisuuteen. Kokoonpanon viimeistä kahta pelaajaa ei ole vielä julkistettu, mutta organisaation mukaan lisätietoa saadaan tulevien viikkojen aikana.

Gen.G perustettiin vuonna 2017, mutta CS:GOn pariin organisaatio astuu nyt ensimmäistä kertaa. Organisaatiolla on joukkueet peleissä kuten League of Legends, Overwatch sekä PUBG. Joukkueen PUBG-kokoonpano voitti äskettäin järjestetyt PUBG-maailmanmestaruuskisat, josta he lunastivat huikeat 2 000 000 dollaria.
